„Turn down the heating!“ promotes Prof. Bernhard Misof, Director of the LIB, Leibniz Institute for the analysis of Biodiversity Change for the constant effort against climate change. On February 11th 2022, the warmsweaterday Germany, the room temperatures in the exhibitions and in the office rooms will be fine-tuned once again. All employees are requested to heat their offices only to the extent necessary. Especially in the times of home office under Corona, workrooms can be kept cooler for longer periods of time if possible. But be careful: Heating needs skilled knowledge not to waste energy.
