First drug to prevent the onset of chemotherapy-induced neuropathy tested

Peripheral neuropathy is a very common side-effect of chemotherapy and may eventually lead to early discontinuation of treatment. New research has led to the identification and successful testing of a new molecule capable of preventing this neurological complication.
